1. Do I need to create an account to join a course?

No, you do not need to create an account. Simply register and purchase a course and we will send you related information via email or similar communication channels.

2. How do I access the course after purchase?

Once your registeration and payment is completed, you'll receive an email with the related information and details or we may send them using other similar communication channels.

3. How long do I have access to the course?

You can attend live classes during the scheduled course period. After that, you’ll have access to the class recordings for as long as we continue to provide them. We do our best to keep recordings available, but access is not guaranteed permanently.

4. Can I get a refund?

Yes. We offer refunds if meet the refund policy. See our Terms and Conditions for our refund policy.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, and direct bank account transfers. Available payment methods may vary depending on the current technology and systems in use on our website.

6. Are the courses live or pre-recorded?

Our courses are held live at scheduled times. After each session, you’ll receive a recording that you can watch anytime for a fixed duration.

7. What if I miss a live class?

Don’t worry! You’ll get a full recording of every session to revise before next class.

8. What language is used during the classes?

Classes are taught in English. Unless otherwise specified, English is the default medium of instruction for communication and explanations.

9. Can I share the course with someone else?

No. Each course is licensed for individual use only. Sharing course links or recordings violates our terms and may result in immediate removal from the course without refund. Such actions may also lead to legal consequences.

11. Is attendance mandatory for live classes?

No, attendance is not mandatory. You can follow the course fully through recordings if you prefer self-paced learning. However, it is strongly recommended that you attend at least 40% of the live classes and complete submissions in order to be eligible for a course completion certificate.

12. Can I access the class from my phone or tablet?

Yes! You can join live classes and watch recordings on any device — phone, tablet, or computer.

13. Do I need any textbooks or materials?

Most materials are provided within the course. If any extra books or worksheets are needed, they will be listed on the course page.

14. Will I receive a certificate after the course?

Yes. You will receive a digital certificate via email if you attend at least 40% of the live classes and complete the required submissions. Any certificate issued by koreanlearners.com is licensed under LanguageNerds.

15. Can I use the course in a classroom or group setting?

No. Our courses are for personal use only. For schools or organizations, please contact us about a group license.

16. What happens if I behave inappropriately during a live class?

We maintain a respectful and safe environment. Anyone behaving disruptively or offensively may be removed from the course without refund.

17. What if I have technical issues?

If you experience a problem joining a class or watching a video, please contact us immediately and we’ll assist you. Recordings are always provided for backup.

18. How do I know what level the course is?

Each course is labeled as beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Please check the course description or email us if unsure.

19. Can I request a custom course or private coaching?

Yes! We offer 1-on-1 private Korean lessons. Contact us via our Instagram page @koreanlearnerscom or send an email to koreanlearnersteam@gmail.com. Please note that private courses are generally more expensive than group classes.

20. Are your courses helpful for the TOPIK exam?

Yes! Many of our live classes are designed to improve your grammar, vocabulary, and reading/listening skills — all of which are essential for the TOPIK test. While they are not strictly test-prep courses, they provide a strong foundation.

21. Do you offer specific TOPIK preparation classes?

Yes. Our regular course syllabus are already closely aligned with TOPIK requirements for each level—for example, Levels 1A and 1B cover all skills needed for TOPIK I. In addition, we periodically run dedicated TOPIK preparation classes. Please check our Courses page to see whether a current TOPIK prep course is open for registration.

22. Will I receive a TOPIK certificate after your course?

No, we do not issue official TOPIK certificates. The TOPIK exam is administered by the Korean government, and you need to register and take it through their official website or a local test center.

23. Can you help me apply for the TOPIK exam?

Yes! If you're registered in one of our courses and need help applying for the TOPIK exam, we’re happy to guide you. We frequently share TOPIK updates and important dates with our students. We can provide instructions or assist you during the application process. However, please note that we can only assist with applications made for yourself — we do not support third-person applications.
