By attending a live session, you consent to being recorded and understand that the recording may be shared with other students enrolled in the same course or batch.
We may use class recordings publicly as demo material to provide prospective participants, candidates, or students with an idea of the course content and teaching style.
By participating in the class, you agree that you may not request the deletion, removal, or restriction of class recordings that are shared with other students in the same batch or used publicly for demo purposes. Such recordings form an essential part of the course delivery and promotional process.
We disclaim any responsibility for the unauthorized use, distribution, or sharing of class recordings by any individual, including but not limited to course participants, third parties, or external persons. This includes cases where recordings are published online or shared outside the intended group without our permission.

All prices are listed in "USD ($)", inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments may be processed securely through third-party payment providers on our website, or manually via bank transfer, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, or other channels we provide, depending on the current technology and systems in use.
Refund requests are only accepted if submitted at least 48 hours prior to the start of the first class of the specific batch for which the registration was made. This policy is in place because the reserved seat could have been offered to another participant, preventing their registration. Refunds outside of this condition will not be granted.

Note: The refunded amount may differ from the original payment due to currency conversion fees, bank charges, or local taxes. We do not compensate for these differences.
Refunds may be processed from a different account or payment gateway than the one used for the original transaction, depending on technical or administrative circumstances.
We are not responsible for refund failures caused by technical issues, delays, or restrictions from banks, credit card companies, or third-party payment providers. In such cases, at our sole discretion, we may offer you access to a similar course of equal value instead of a monetary refund.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our stated policy or that, in our reasonable judgment, appear to violate our Terms and Conditions or are suspected to be dishonest or abusive.
If a user is removed from a course due to inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive behavior, they are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Registration can be completed through various channels, including the "Register" button on our website, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or a combination of these methods. We consider any registration request submitted through any of these channels as valid and intentional.
Payments may be completed via our website's integrated payment system or by manually transferring the course fee to a bank account provided by us. The exact payment method available may vary depending on the current technology and systems in use on our platform.
Registration shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt and verification of full payment by the course provider. Until such verification, the registration remains provisional and no rights to participate in the course shall be granted.
By registering through any method — including the website, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or any combination of these — or by simply using or browsing this website, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
A course batch will only start if a minimum number of participants have registered. If, after two (2) months from the date of full registration and payment, the batch does not start due to insufficient participants, we may offer you either (i) a place in another batch with the same content but at a different time, or (ii) cancel the batch and provide a full refund. Participants may also request these options after the two-month period.
Participants will be informed about batch start dates and any changes via email or other appropriate communication methods.
If you contact us or submit materials (such as questions, testimonials, or feedback), you grant us right to use and share that content.
You must not submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing material.
The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee specific results from using the course materials.
We do not offer or guarantee success in any exam or scholarship application, including but not limited to the TOPIK I or TOPIK II exams.
We are not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or external service failures.
Any certificate issued by koreanlearners.com shall be licensed under LanguageNerds.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KoreanLearners.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
Some content shared on KoreanLearners.com, including but not limited to TOPIK past papers, is originally published and owned by external organizations such as the Korean government or the National Institute for International Education (NIIED). We do not claim ownership of such materials.
